I got a GREAT night's sleep last night -- the first one in over two weeks! I am so grateful! I also feel much better today and was actually able to work out a little bit. I am back on track.
Gluten free for me started in September of 2009 after battling several months of digestive issues. BIG BUMMER! Especially for me because I have been a vegetarian for over 20 years AND had I to give up soy in 2007 because of digestive distress. What's a girl to eat? I started this blog for myself -- to keep track of my dining options (I can be a bit forgetful) and vent a little about my struggles. Fortunately for me, I can still enjoy soy and gluten on occasion since I am not allergic to either and am not celiac - just intolerant.
